Our Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a collection of responsibilities including the following:

  • Serves as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Team, preparing correspondence and presentations, coordinating meetings and managing calendars along with other various executive assistant related tasks
  • Management and coordination of all United Way Campaign activities
  • Managing day-to-day administrative operations for employee uniforms, office cleaning, vending services, daily incoming and outgoing mail and several other programs
  • Internal communication liaison for all written, oral and electronic communication with employees
  • Greeting all visitors and guests and answering incoming phone line
  • Manage and coordinate all internal and external meetings including visitor communication, meal and offsite arrangements
  • Oversee all employee gifts for milestones and personal life events
  • Maintain current employee information with confidentiality
  • Manage and coordinate all office equipment and office supply ordering

Required Knowledge, Experience and Education/Training: 

  • Associate’s degree in Administrative program strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years related experience in an administrative professional role is required
  • Demonstrated service orientation, initiative and ability to identify resources for questions
  • Proven ability to use logic and reasoning to assess solutions and approaches to problems
  • Strong written, verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and have a history of meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated accuracy with reporting and attention to the details
  • Self-starter requiring little direction with time management skills
  • Confident, approachable and adaptable
  • Comfortable communicating/troubleshooting with all levels of the organization
  • Solid computer skills to include MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
