We are seeking a Classic Mix Customer Solutions Coordinator to support key customer relationships and ensure seamless coordination across sales, production, logistics, and finance. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact—driving accurate order execution, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned national and regional accounts.
  • Assist with customer concerns, issues, and escalations to ensure resolution.
  • Communicate customer updates, changes, or challenges promptly.
  • Call DSD customers to confirm and gather orders as part of ongoing engagement.
  • Lead or assist in new customer onboarding and new item setup.

Sales & Pricing Support

  • Support sales leadership with customer proposals, pricing strategies, and product rollouts.
  • Assist with contract and pricing validations alongside finance and operations.
  • Analyze customer data to generate reports on trends, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with scheduling, production, and logistics to ensure service expectations are met.
  • Secure transportation for all local and national orders.
  • Invoice both internal and external orders accurately and timely.
  • Validate lotting and quantities on all invoicing.
  • Ensure accuracy of warehouse transfers.
  • Investigate freight inconsistencies and inventory issues.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Track, investigate, and support resolution of customer complaints, including leakers and other quality issues.
  • Perform day-to-day customer service tasks including issue resolution, follow-ups, and order adjustments.

Cross-Functional & Administrative Support

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, representing customer needs to cross-functional teams.
  • Support month-end processes and administrative tasks related to production scheduling.
  • Cross-train across all Mix and production scheduling responsibilities.
  • Provide rotational on-call coverage.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years in customer-facing, sales support, or account management roles.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and have a history of meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated accuracy with reporting and attention to the details
  • A self-starter who is confident, approachable and adaptable
  • Comfortable communicating/troubleshooting with all levels of the organization
  • Solid computer skills to include MS Office applications
