As part of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily cash reconciliation and treasury activities, assisting with projections.
- Maintaining fluid dairy ingredient tracking and reconciliation, while overseeing Federal Order reporting and invoice validation.
- Leading month-end inventory reconciliations, ensuring accurate valuation and resolution of variances.
- Supporting cost allocation models and manufacturing job closings while analyzing cost variances.
- Overseeing fixed asset reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Providing backup support for Accounts Payable and Customer Invoicing, contributing to cross-functional teamwork.
- Assisting with financial audits, preparing reports, and maintaining records for compliance and analysis.
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- A keen analytical mindset to investigate issues and develop solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial processes.
- Strong organizational skills with accountability and efficiency.
- Discretion and professionalism, handling confidential financial information.
- A team-oriented attitude, thriving in a collaborative environment.
