Canned evaporated and condensed milk are subject to high heat conditions which result in fully denatured milks. Galloway Company's flexible evaporator can replicate those conditions. If you have a high volume need for these type of products you can save a lot of packaging cost by using our product. Note, these are perishable refrigerated products having a 14 day shelf life.
